This exciting event takes place September 23rd – 25th and will feature numerous exhibitors providing hands-on activities, live performances, interactive demonstrations, and family-oriented STEM entertainment

Any competitor that is invited to attend the VIP reception on Sunday will be provided a room for Sunday night.
Registration fees MAY be refunded.
We’re asking competitors to pay a registration fee to eliminate vapor bot registrations and ensure competitors are serious. Any increase in sponsorship will go to refunding the registration fees before we add to the prize pool. Please have your registration paid before the registration cut-off date to avoid losing your place.
Registrations will be VERY limited.
We will analyze the registration numbers in the final weeks and because of our limited competition time will probably have to loose some registrants… Don’t let this be YOU. Design a COOL robot with a WEAPON and have a finished picture uploaded to avoid being cut. The good news here is that with fewer number comes a greater chance of winning your chunk of the Prize Pool!!
All Competitor team members will get FREE FOOD at the venue.
Of course we may have to limit the number of team members if you guys get carried away… please keep it reasonable.
Setup will begin on Sunday and Monday September 23rd and 24th. Load-in will go from 10 AM to 7 PM. The area will be monitored throughout the day and the gates will be secured overnight.
On Monday September 24th we will have a robot demonstration show every hour from 9am to 2pm and then our actual competition will start at 2PM and run until 7PM
On Tuesday September 25th… same thing! We will have a robot demonstration show every hour from 9am to 2pm and then our actual competition will start at 2PM and run until 7PM
Competitors that can keep their bot running or bring two bots will have TWO chances to win their share of TWO separate prize purses.
Bring a LiPo bag (and use it) for charging your batteries.
In the event of a LiPo being ejected from the bot during a match, the fight will be stopped immediately and the bot with the exposed LiPo will forfeit.
The arena may contain a pit and modular arena hazards
