Event Description
We will be running three classes, printed ants, ants, and beetles.
There will be a $20 non refundable charge per robot. Bots will be approved, then once your payment has been recieved, we will move your bot to accepted. Payment is due no later than May 10th. If registration is full, then anyone not paid may be dropped to make room for others on the waitlist.

Doors will be open at 8:00 AM Central time, drivers meeting at 9, competition will start at 9:30 Central time. Tables and chairs will be provided, but bring extension cords if needed.
- We will be running a swiss style competition with four rounds for this event. Then will move to a single elimination bracket for anyone who has won three or more rounds. If you win two and have a bye round, you will also move on.
- Unlimited magnets are allowed.
- TPU is allowed for printed ants, as well as any other conventional printed material. No printed metals. No bullitt material or CNC parts allowed. No flame bots allowed.
- Please come prepared with multiple batteries and spare parts to keep things moving throught the day. You will be guaranteed 20 minutes between matches for each robot you bring. One 20 minute post ponement will be allowed per robot.

Judges will score on two categories, damage and engagement. I have included a link with more details.
- We will allow for a 25% shuffler bonus to keep consistent with other nearby clubs.

- We do plan to have a food truck on site for lunch, but coolers for food and drinks are welcomed.
- Henry Horton State Park is about 10 minutes south and has hotels and cabins available if you need a place to stay. They have a campground as well. Their online registration often shows they are booked, but most times if you call they have availablity.
We will be using a 6x6x4 arena made from 1/2in polycarbonate and additional ½ in x12in poly toe board with seamless steel floor for all classes. Unlimited magnets are allowed.
