Event Description
SCAR is once again partnering with the Orange County Maker Faire for a full day of robot carnage, along with other Maker Faire activities!
We will be running the following weight classes for this event: 150g Full Combat 1lb Full Combat Antweights 1lb Plastic Antweights 3lb Beetles 12lb Full Combat Hobbyweights 30lb Sportsman
Due the size of the event we are allowing one robot per builder per weightclass. If you wish you register a second robot, this robot will be moved to the Waitlist to allow as many competitors as possible. There will be a maximum of 16 robots per weightclass. Schedule: TBD
Check-in will be allowed and encourged Friday evening to help expedite the event for more robot fighting on Saturday

FOOD:
There will be some food booths to buy food at. There may be long lines, so you could bring a sack lunch.
PARKING:
As you approach the OC Fair & Event Center, follow the electronic signs to the Maker Faire Lot Entrance. When you get to the parking attendant to pay the $10 parking fee, inform the attendant you need the combat robot drop off. They will direct you to the drop off point where you can temporarily park and unload your items near the arenas.

Attendees:
