FNF Presents Marin Ant Wars III - UK Revenge!

Event Description

Build a UK Ant and Win $200!
We want to get more builders into Fairyweights! So we're offering some good money to the winners!

Classes: Antweights (1 lb) and UK Antweights (150 gms). Double Elimination in all rounds except Finals.

Safety/Weigh-In:10:30 am

Matches Begin: 11 am

Lunch Break: 1 pm

Maximum entries: 32 Ants; 16 UK Ants.

Qualifier for the 2005 RFL Nationals.

$10 Entry fee.

UK Ant Prize money: $200 for First Place; $100 for Second.
Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

1 lb. Ant Prize Money: $50 for First Place; $25 for Second.

Pit tables, electrical lines, power strips, chairs and umbrellas will be supplied. (Some pit space is in the garages, some is outdoors, first come, first choice)

Venue: Home of the Sauros, 9 Francisco Vista Court, Tiburon, CA.

Arena: 4 foot square with 1/4” Lexan sides and top; Stainless steel floor; One 12” wide x 9” high push-out in which robots drop approximately 20 inches into enclosed Lexan box. Metal barricade blocks push-out for first one minute of matches. Barricade slides open for second minute of matches.
