Event Description
TeamPyramid would like to extend an invitation to you to attend our upcoming event in St.Petersburg, Fl. Bay Area Robot Fights will be held on December 13th in conjunction with the Pinellas Pioneer Settlement’s Pioneer Christmas Jamboree. This will be a Skeeter weight, Ant weight, and Beetle weight class event. Other weight class robots are welcome to attend to display their creations. If you don’t currently have a robot you are still welcomed to attend as a spectator. Parking and admission are free.Along with the robot fights will be an old time Christmas jamboree. This includes arts and crafts, children’s games, live music, hayrides, blacksmith shop, print shop and an appearance by Santa Claus.
Weigh-in, safety, and final registrations at 9:00 with the fighting starting at 10:00 and finishing up at 5:00.
Entry fees: $15 per first bot and $10 for each additional bot or bots with active weapons. Example a team bringing three bots (one with an active weapon) would pay $10 for the active weapon bot, $10 for the second bot and $10 for the third bot.
