HORD @ Con the COB 2015

Event Description

I am please to announce that the Ohio Robotics Club will be hosting our 2015 event during "Con on Cob 2015" gaming and arts convention ( http://cononthecob.com/ ) Oct 17th at the Days Inn Suites in Richfield, OH (South of Cleveland OH). Registration for this event will be $5.00 per robot plus $20 per person. The latter grants you a full day pass to all convention actives. I am also able to offer our builders a pass for all 4 days (Thursday through Sunday) at the group rate of $40 per person instead of the $20 one day pass-just register before July 1st.

This event will be open to Flea weight (150g), Ant weight (1 lb) and Beetle weight (3 lb) combat robots. And if there is sufficient interest I will open up a line follower and maze solver competition. Schedule for the day will be as follows;

7:00 am; arena set up.
8:30 am; check in and safety checks
10:30 am; drivers' meeting and opening fights
12:00 pm; lunch break
1:00 pm; afternoon session
5:30pm; Awards
7:00pm; Out the door
