SRJC - Day Under the Oaks

Event Description

This is the Santa Rosa Junior College open house. Every club, organization and department displays the student’s work over the year.

The SRJC Robotics Club is holding the tournament. The tournament will be double elimination for combat classes if we have fewer than 32 entries, it will be round-robin if we have fewer than five.

The fee is $10.00 per cobat robot and $5.00 per lego sumo robot.

The arena is a hexagon with a 6 foot inner circle.

We will be holding the toumament at Santa Rosa Junior College Cafeteria 1501 Mendocino Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95401. Check in will be 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Fights begin at 11:00 am.

Prizes will be provided by Jakes Performance Hobbies, Hobby Town USA , HSC Electronic Supply and M. Maselli Sons.

Fairy-Weight prizes;
First-place: two 13 mm Maxon Motors 125/1 gear down. Thank you HSC
Second-place: gift pack from HobbyTown USA (motor and batteries)
Third-place: $25 gift certificate to HSC electronics

Ant-weight prizes;
First-place: $100.00 gift certificate to M.Maselli Sons over 7 acres of new and used materials.
Second place: $50.00 gift certificate to M.Maselli Sons over 7 acres of new and used materials.
Third-place: $25.00 gift certificate to M.Maselli Sons over 7 acres of new and used materials.
