BotBrawl Event #18 - Robodrome Rumble

Event Description

BotBrawl is very excited to announce that we will be bringing Combat Robotics back to Hamilton! FIRST Robotics Team 5406 is welcoming BotBrawl back into their home to host our last event of the year - The Robodrome Rumble!

** YOU MUST REGISTER EVERYONE ON YOUR TEAM IN ORDER TO COMPETE **

The event will take place November 30th - December 1st and will be semi-private. The Arena and Pits will be in the same place so all attendees must sign a waiver and builders should carry a pit pass.

The Robodrome HWCDSB Center for Robotics Excellence
209 MacNab St N, Hamilton, ON

Date & Time:

November 30th - 9:30am to 6:00pm
December 1st - 9:30am to 6:00pm

1lb & 3lb Full Combat
Balloon Bots

Tournament Formats:

1lb: Double Elimination
3lb: Double Elimination
Balloon Bots: Free for all (Drop-in registration)

All bracket formats will be confirmed closer to the event once we know how many participants we can expect.

Registration:

Robots: $30 each (per robot, all combat classes)
Balloon Bots: $10 if you aren't registering a combat robot
Additional Passes: $10 (per teammate above 2 people)

Payments due by Nov 24th 8pm EST

Spectators:

Spectators must pre-purchase tickets here. Spectators are required to purchase tickets if not registered with a team. Tickets will be $10 to cover their access for the entire weekend if not there with a team. You will be given a wristband - don't lose it! 

Waivers:

Please submit waivers for all team members to info@botbrawl.ca before November 24th at 8:00pm EST
