- In the case of both robots being stuck together and unable to sepperate, there will be 1 seperation per match
- NEW - HexBug toys are forbidden since their control systems do not work inside of our arena
- Plastic Ant Rules: Western Allied Robotics Plastic Class Rules
- While most plastic ants are expected to be 3d printed, you may enter a modified toy, rc car, etc as long as it is still legal under the SPARC ruleset mentioned above AND YOU HAVE RECEIVED PERMISSION TO DO SO. Email or message David@AzRoboticCombat.com with photos and details of your toy entry.

- Shufflers will receive a 50% weight bonus
- Shuffler fairies would be 225 grams
- Shuffler ants/plastics would be 1.5lbs
- Shuffler beetles would be 4.5lbs
- Walkers will recieve a 100%* weight bonus
- Walker fairies would be 300 grams
- Walker ants would be 2lbs
- Walker beetles will only receive a 66.66% weight bonus which would make them 5lbs.
- Shufflers will receive a 50% weight bonus
For any questions on the rules, please email David@AzRoboticCombat.com or post a question on The ARC Facebook Group
Format
Brackets will be double elemination unless there are less than 7 robots registered
We will start the day with ants and beetles. Fairies and plastics will mostly be used towards the end of the day while bots in the other classes need repairs.
Venue
Our event will be taking place at HobbyAction RC Raceway. Note that they have 2 locations, 1 in Chandler and 1 in Tempe. Our event is in the CHANDLER location. Unfortunately, the establishment does NOT have public WIFI. Lots of restaurants within walking distance: Chipotle, Subway, Starbucks, Rumbi Island Grill, and more! Update: HobbyAction has renovated their building and no longer has the back room we usually setup the arena in. We'll either be setting up outside or inside near the other exit by the vending machines. Another update will be posted when we decide on how what we're going with.
Volunteers
Help with running these events is always appreciated. If you'd like to volunteer with setting up the arena, judging, pit-running, or arena tear-down please contact David Small via email: David@AzRoboticCombat.com, Facebook Messenger, or on The ARC Facebook Group.
